Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the CodrrPro website, purchasing or enrolling in our certification bootcamps, or contracting our enterprise SaaS platforms (CompEdu & GymBuddy).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, courses, and software solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to cease using our website and services immediately.

2. Services and Registrations

CodrrPro provides commercial IT solutions, web and mobile development services, enterprise software deployment, and online certification courses in Python, Java, SQL, AI/ML, and general web technologies. Registrations and client entries require provision of complete, accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your personal user credentials.

3. Course Enrollments and Conduct

Students registering for our academy bootcamps agree to:

  • Maintain code integrity and complete all academic assignments and project submissions honestly.
  • Use code sandboxes, compilers, and databases provided during instruction safely and non-destructively.
  • Adhere to standards of behavior that are professional, inclusive, and collaborative.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Payments for certification courses or SaaS subscriptions must be cleared in advance. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected tier.

  • Refund Policy: Requests for refunds regarding course fees are governed by the specific service agreements established at the time of purchase.
  • Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable governmental duties or taxes associated with purchase transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

The layout, text, graphics, graphics files, branding elements, software code bases, lectures, CRM systems, and source files of CodrrPro solutions (including CompEdu and GymBuddy platform designs) are the exclusive property of CodrrPro. You are not granted any rights to copy, distribute, modify, or resell our materials without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

CodrrPro and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services, software, or certification bootcamps. While our training holds extreme industry value, we do not guarantee specific employment positions or salary metrics upon graduation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation or legal disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Delhi, India.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. When substantial changes are made, we will notify registered users or update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued usage after modifications implies acceptance of revised clauses.
